1. Our services

U Spa Al Barsha provides professional relaxation and therapeutic spa treatments, including a range of massages and Moroccan bath rituals, at Donatello Hotel, R Floor, Al Barsha 1, Dubai. All treatments are delivered by trained therapists in a professional setting.

2. Bookings and appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram. A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your appointment; late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so that following guests are not affected.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change without notice. The price applicable to your treatment is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is made at the spa.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

5. Health and safety

Any request for services outside our professional offering will be declined.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, U Spa shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
