More people than you’d think, and after a few years of night shifts we know them all by category. Cabin crew and pilots landing at DXB with a body still set to another continent’s clock. Restaurant and hospitality staff, whose Friday evening starts when everyone else’s ends. Night-shift doctors and engineers. Tourists whose jet lag has them wide awake at 01:00 in a city where everything wellness-related shut three hours ago. And a steady stream of people who simply couldn’t sleep, tried scrolling, and made a better decision.
Dubai runs around the clock. It always struck us as strange that its spas mostly don’t.
What’s available at night
The entire menu, not a reduced night version. A full body massage at 03:00 books exactly like one at 15:00. The Moroccan bath steams at any hour, and there is something specifically luxurious about a hammam when the city outside has gone quiet. Couples rooms stay open for two-guest bookings, which has quietly become our most popular after-midnight format for date nights that went well.
The honest details
Booking: WhatsApp, any hour. A message at 1:30 gets answered at 1:30. Last sessions start around 3:30-04:00 depending on duration, so everything finishes by 5.
Prices: identical to daytime, from AED 550; see the full price list. The Early Bird discount is the one thing that sleeps at night, since it belongs to the 10:00 to 15:00 window.
The place: R floor of the Donatello Hotel in Al Barsha. Hotel entrance, hotel security, hotel parking, all functioning at night, which matters when you’re arriving at 02:00 and want the arrival to feel as normal as the massage.
The quality question: night sessions are staffed by the same certified team on a rotating schedule, not by whoever drew the short straw. Ask our 03:00 regulars; several of them switched to nights permanently because the spa is at its calmest.

Are you open 24 hours?
Not quite. Daily from 10:00 until 05:00, with last bookings around 3:30-04:00. Between 5 and 10 in the morning, even our therapists sleep.
Does a night massage cost extra?
No. Night rate equals day rate, from AED 550. The only price that changes by hour is the Early Bird discount, which applies before 15:00.
Can I walk in at night without booking?
You can, and at night the odds of a free room are good. A WhatsApp message half an hour ahead still beats standing in a lobby, however pleasant the Donatello’s lobby is.
Is late-night massage safe and legitimate?
Fully. Licensed spa, hotel premises, professional therapists, standard treatments. The hour on the clock changes nothing about what happens on the table.
