Every price on this page is final and includes VAT. No service charge on top, no “prices may vary”, no surprise at the till. Massages start at AED 550 for a full 60 minutes, the Moroccan bath at AED 550, and two standing discounts (Early Bird and the 20% friend offer) bring most visits down further. Below is the whole arithmetic of a visit.

The Body Treatments are the best-value combination in the building: the bath warms the muscles first, so the massage starts where a cold-start session ends. Booked as a bundle, the rooms are scheduled back to back.

The two discounts worth knowing
Early Bird. Come between 10 AM and 3 PM on any day and a classic massage costs AED 400. Same therapists, same rooms, same duration; the only thing smaller is the bill. If your schedule allows daytime visits, this is the cheapest professional massage you’ll find in Al Barsha that doesn’t cut corners on hygiene or training.
Visit with a friend: 20% off for both. Two guests booking together each pay 20% less, on top of being able to book simultaneous sessions in neighbouring rooms or a shared couples room. Two friends on the Early Bird slot is the arithmetic of a very good deal.

Why we publish prices at all
Half the spas in Dubai answer “how much is a massage” with “please DM”. We publish the numbers because guests comparing prices deserve to compare actual prices, and because our arithmetic survives comparison. This page covers the whole menu, so there is no second, quieter price list anywhere. What the price includes: a private room, fresh linen, disposable underwear, shower, oils, VAT, and a therapist with real training. What it excludes: nothing. Tips are welcome and never expected.

FAQ
How much does a full body massage cost in Dubai?
Across the city: anywhere from AED 200 in places you’ll regret to AED 1,500+ in hotel resorts. At U Spa: AED 600 for a classic full hour, AED 400 before 3 PM with Early Bird, and AED 550 if you choose aromatherapy. Mid-range price, upper-range hands.
Are there massage packages?
Yes. The Body Treatments bundle a massage with the Moroccan bath (AED 1,200 or 1,400), and course packages of several sessions come out cheaper per visit; ask on WhatsApp for current bundles. The everyday “packages” are simpler still: Early Bird timing and the 20% friend discount.
Is there an extra charge at night?
No. The 2 AM massage costs the same as the 2 PM one (minus the Early Bird discount, which is a daytime offer). Night owls pay the standard rate, not a premium.
Do you charge for the room, shower or VAT separately?
No. The price you see covers the whole visit, VAT included. The only paid decisions are style, duration and whether a Moroccan bath joins the plan.
