Massage for Men in Dubai
U Spa is a licensed day spa on the R floor of the Donatello Hotel in Al Barsha, and roughly half of who walks through the door is male. This page is simply the men’s version of the menu: what gets booked most, what it costs, and what the visit actually looks like. Open every day from 10:00 to 05:00.
What men book here
The pattern is consistent enough that the front desk can predict it. Firm work, mostly on the back.
Sports massage leads, booked in the day or two after heavy training by gym regulars, runners and the padel crowd. Deep tissue is a close second, and it’s what desk workers arrive with when a shoulder has been complaining since spring. Hot stone sits third and is the one men are most likely to dismiss and then rebook, because heat gets into a braced back with far less pressure than fingers need.
Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes. The 90-minute booking is the one to make if your problem is the whole back rather than one spot; an hour on a tall frame goes quickly.
Moroccan bath for men
Full-body steam, black soap, then a kessa glove scrub that takes off more dead skin than most men expect to see. It’s the treatment first-timers are most sceptical about and the one they most often bring a friend back for. Forty-five minutes for the standard version, an hour for the Royal, which adds a rhassoul clay mask and moisturising. Details of the ritual step by step are on the Moroccan bath page.
Practical note: this is a private room with its own shower, not a shared hammam floor. Bring nothing, everything is provided.
Shaving
Two zones, done properly with hot towels. It’s a grooming service rather than a spa ritual, and men usually add it to a massage booking rather than come for it alone.

Two discounts are worth knowing about. Before 15:00 the Early Bird rate brings a classic 60-minute session to AED 400. Come with a friend and both bills drop 20%, in separate rooms or side by side, which is how most pairs of men book it.
What the visit is like
You arrive, leave your things in the room, and change into what’s provided. Every session happens in a private room with its own shower, fresh linen and towels. Nothing is shared and nothing requires you to walk anywhere in a robe.
Our therapists are trained in the classical European and sports schools and the team is predominantly female; tell us if you have a preference when booking and we’ll confirm what’s available that evening. Pressure is agreed at the start and adjustable at any point, and the useful phrase is simply “firmer” or “lighter”.
Getting here
Donatello Hotel, R floor, Al Barsha, beside the Sharaf DG metro station and five minutes from Mall of the Emirates, with free parking at the hotel. Most guests come from the office towers of Barsha Heights and TECOM, the gyms of Al Quoz, and JLT and Business Bay down Sheikh Zayed Road. The full district list is on the massage near me page.
Late closing is the part working men use most: the last sessions start well after midnight, so an evening that ends at 23:00 still has a full 90 minutes in it.
Booking is by WhatsApp at +971 56 735 5473.
FAQ
Do you accept male guests?
Yes, every day, no restrictions and no separate hours. Around half our bookings are men.
Which massage should I book if I train?
Sports massage within 48 hours of a hard session, deep tissue if the problem is one specific area that has been there for weeks. The therapist will tell you honestly if you picked the other one.
Can I request a female or male therapist?
Say your preference when booking. The team is predominantly female, and we’ll confirm who’s available for your time rather than promise in advance.
Is the Moroccan bath suitable for men?
Yes, and it’s one of our most-booked treatments among male guests. Private room, own shower, everything provided.
How much does a massage for men cost in Dubai?
The same as for anyone else: AED 600 for a classic 60-minute session at U Spa, AED 750 for sports or deep tissue, AED 550 for a Moroccan bath. Before 15:00 the Early Bird rate is AED 400.
Can I come after midnight?
Yes. We work until 05:00 daily, and the late hours are quieter than the evening peak.
Do I need to book ahead?
Same-day usually works, and an hour’s notice on WhatsApp is enough for most slots. Friday and Saturday evenings fill up first.
