A six hands massage puts three therapists at one table, working your body in a single choreographed rhythm. Back, legs and feet, shoulders and arms: everything is touched at once, every minute of the session. It is the most massage a human body can physically receive, and at U Spa in Al Barsha it runs 60 minutes for AED 1,600 or 90 for AED 2,150, any day from 10 AM to 5 AM.

What three pairs of hands actually change

With four hands, your brain stops tracking the therapists somewhere around minute five and slips into a state guests describe as underwater quiet. Six hands starts there. Three synchronised therapists cover the entire body simultaneously, so there is no queue: your feet aren't waiting for your back to finish. The session has no beginning, middle and end in the usual sense; it's all middle, and the middle is everywhere.

The practical effect is compression. A 60-minute six hands session delivers hands-on time that would take a solo therapist most of an afternoon. If your schedule is the scarcest resource you own, this is the most efficient hour on our menu. If time isn't the point and the experience is, the 90-minute version is the single most indulgent thing we sell.

How we run it

Three therapists working independently would feel like chaos. Ours train as trios: mirrored strokes on both legs while the third works the spine, synchronised transitions, pressure that stays even from all six hands. The style is flowing and relaxation-first, because that's what the format is built for, though firmer work on specific areas is yours for the asking.

The session needs our largest room and three therapists free at the same hour, so book a little ahead: WhatsApp +971 56 735 5473, ideally a few hours before you'd like to arrive. Evening slots fill first, and every number on the menu is on the price list.

Who books six hands

Milestone birthdays. Closed deals. Apologies that need to be unmistakable. Guests who tried four hands and asked, with complete sincerity, whether more hands exist. It's not a maintenance massage and doesn't pretend to be; it's the massage you remember the date of. For a shared version of the occasion, the couple massage puts two guests in one room instead; for a solo session that layers techniques rather than therapists, see the VIP treatment.

FAQ

Is six hands massage worth it over four hands?
Different purchase. Four hands (AED 950) is the practical luxury; six (AED 1,600) is the ceremonial one. If it's an ordinary Tuesday, book four. If somebody needs to be genuinely astonished, six.

Is it overwhelming?
The first few minutes are busy, then the rhythms merge and the sensation reads as one continuous wave rather than three people. Guests report losing count of hands almost immediately, which is rather the point.

Can I choose the pressure and style?
Yes, same as any session here: oil, pressure and focus areas are agreed before the first stroke, and you can adjust mid-session with a word.

How far ahead should I book?
Same-day usually works before evening; for 8 PM onwards, book in the afternoon. Three therapists and our biggest room need to line up at once.

Does any discount apply?
The 20% visit-with-a-friend offer applies when two guests book together, six hands included. Early Bird pricing doesn't extend to multi-therapist formats.
